Any candidate who gathers a threshold of verified voter signatures or primary votes receives campaign funding from the public purse. Same amount, same schedule, every candidate.

Campaign accounts are published in real time, transaction by transaction. Spending outside the ledger is a felony. Embezzlement has nowhere to hide because the books are the public record.

Identical spending ceilings and identical access to advertising channels — broadcast, print, digital — for every qualified candidate. No unfair advantages purchased.
